Overview

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help in accordance with your rights under UK consumer law.


Your Right to Cancel (Change of Mind)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order and return items within 14 days of receiving them, for any reason.

  • You must notify us of your wish to return within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • You then have a further 14 days to send the item(s) back to us.
  • Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags still attached.
  • Return postage costs are the customer's responsibility for change-of-mind returns.
  • Refunds will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned item, using your original payment method.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if your item arrives faulty, damaged, or is not as described, you are entitled to a remedy.

  • Our policy: We will offer a free replacement for any faulty or incorrect items.
  • Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order if you believe an item is faulty.
  • We may ask you to provide photos of the fault to help us resolve the issue quickly.
  • If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund.
  • Return postage for faulty items will be covered by us.

Exceptions — Items We Cannot Accept Back

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or had their tags removed.
  • Pierced jewellery or accessories for hygiene reasons.
  • Items marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at admin@sweatandchillco.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will respond within 1-3 business days with return instructions.
  3. Package your item securely and send it to the address provided.
  4. We recommend using a tracked service for your return, as we cannot be responsible for parcels lost in transit.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method.
  • Please allow up to 14 days from us receiving your return for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
