How We Ship
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail 48-Hour Tracked, so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
Order Processing
- Orders are dispatched the next working day after payment is confirmed.
- Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be dispatched the following working day.
- You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been sent.

Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur, particularly during busy periods such as Christmas.
Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, you can track your parcel using the tracking number provided in your dispatch email. Visit royalmail.com/track-my-post to check the status of your delivery.
Delivery Address
- Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. We are unable to redirect parcels once dispatched.
- We are not responsible for parcels lost or delayed due to an incorrect address being provided.
Failed Deliveries
- If Royal Mail is unable to deliver your parcel, they will leave a "Something for You" card and take it to your local delivery office or a nominated neighbour.
- Parcels not collected within the holding period will be returned to us. If this happens, please contact us to arrange redelivery (additional postage charges may apply).
Lost or Damaged Parcels
- If your parcel has not arrived within 5 working days of your dispatch confirmation, please contact us and we will investigate with Royal Mail.
- If your item arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and item and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
